Can I change my order after placing it?Updated 7 months ago

We get it—sometimes plans change, and you might need to adjust your order after clicking "confirm." While we can’t modify the contents of an order (adding or removing items), we can assist with certain changes if your order hasn’t already been processed for shipping.

What We Can Change:

  • Shipping Address: If you entered the wrong shipping address, reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
  • Order Cancellation: Need to cancel your order entirely? If it hasn’t been processed, we can pause it and issue a full refund.
  • Delaying Shipment: If you need your order held for a later shipment, we may be able to accommodate this request.

What We Can’t Change:

  • Adding or Removing Items: Unfortunately, we can’t adjust quantities or swap out items after an order is placed. If you need something different, the best option is to cancel the order (if possible) and place a new one.
  • Changing Payment Details: Payment is processed at checkout, so we can’t modify the payment method once an order is placed.

How to Request a Change:

If you need to update your order, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order is processed, we won’t be able to make any modifications.
